To make a Form available in a step:

  1. In the Workflow Painter, double-click a Start, User, Initiator, or Item Handler step.

  2. Click the Forms tab.

  3. Select the Available check box for the Form you want to make available.

  4. Do one of the following:

    • Display a custom Form view by highlighting the custom view name in the Form View list.

    • Display the default Form view by highlighting <None> in the Form View list.

  5. Click Add to Workflow Definition.

  6. Save the Workflow Map.
