To modify a Form in the work package:

1. In the Workflow Painter, choose Forms on the Map menu.

2. On the Forms tab, modify any of the settings as described in the following table.

   To…	Do the following...
   Specify default Form field values	Click the Edit link, specify field values, and then click Apply.
   Modify the Form settings	Click the Form name link, alter the Form settings, and then click Update Form.
