You can easily access frequently used items by adding them as Favorites. When you add an item as a Favorite, you are creating a marker to the item, and then storing it on the My Favorites page.

Almost any item in Content Server can be added as a Favorite. You can add a Favorite from the Workspace in which the item is located, report pages, and the My Favorites page.

The My Favorites page is one of your personal report pages. On this page, you can organize the items you classify as Favorites under different tabs, copy Favorites between the tabs, and remove items from the My Favorites page.
