To find a user or group:

  1. Choose Users & Groups on the Enterprise menu.

  2. On the Users and Groups page, in the Find list, select the method you want to use for your search. Your choices are: User Last Name, User First Name, User Log-in, User E-mail, or Group Name.

  3. In the that starts with dialogue box, enter the first few letters of the person's or group's name.

  4. Click Find.

 

Tip

Tip:
On the Users and Groups page, if you want to bring up a list of all persons in Content Server, leave the that starts with field blank, and click Find. For large organizations, such a search will take a long time and tie up system resources.
