To find and follow users:

• On your Pulse page, in the Colleagues sidebar, perform one or more of the following actions:

  Find and follow another user using the Pulse people search	1. In the Search for people box, type the name of the user who you want to find. The name can be the user's last name or user name. As you type, Pulse will suggest names that match. 2. When the suggestion list includes the name that you want, click the correct name. 3. On the user's profile page, click Follow. 4. To return to your Pulse page, in the Actions sidebar, click Pulse Home.
  Find and follow another user using Recent Connections	1. Click Recent Connections. 2. In the Pulse – My Colleagues pane, point to the user whom you want to follow and click Follow: User.   Note: The Follow: User link only appears for users whom you are not currently following.
  Unfollow another user	1. Click I'm Following. 2. In the Following pane, point to the user whom you want to unfollow and click Unfollow.
